Celia’s talent spans it all—precision cuts on short, medium, and long hair, rich colour, dimensional highlights, and even perms. Her European training and love of fashion give her a cosmopolitan edge, and her confident, expressive approach makes every appointment feel fresh, fun, and full of personality.
