Order Processing

We aim to package and ship all orders within 24 business hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Orders can be placed online at any time. You may also contact us during business hours if you need assistance.

We currently ship within Canada only.
Delivery costs cover standard nationwide delivery and are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, or carrier delays
*Special note – Aerosol Products:
- Orders including aerosol products (hairspray, dry shampoo) require ground shipping and may ship separately.
- We may contact you if alternate shipping arrangements are required.

Pickup is free during regular salon hours.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready — please do not come until then.
Bring your order confirmation (printed or on device) to collect your items.
Pickup Hours:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday – Thursday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Orders are held for 30 days. Uncollected orders may be cancelled.
Pickup may be affected by unforeseen circumstances (severe weather, power outages, emergency closures).

Unopened products: may be returned within 14 days (statutory rights) or 30 days (voluntary policy) with proof of purchase.

Opened products: final sale for hygiene reasons.
Certain items cannot be returned: intimate/sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, some personal care items.
Returns can be made in-person at the salon or by post. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Sale items are not eligible for voluntary returns.

Refunds:

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.
Partial refunds may apply for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
Exchanges for items of equal value can be arranged.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
The period begins the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.
Refunds will be issued using your original payment method within 14 days of notification.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
